Application license

KapaBloom downloaded through the App Store is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is explicitly supplied with the listing. This page explains our game and purchase offer; it does not replace that license or your rights under applicable law.

Use the game in accordance with applicable law and the platform’s rules. Do not interfere with its security, manipulate purchase verification, or redistribute protected game assets without permission. Exceptions and rights provided by law remain unaffected.

The launch offer

The game is free to download, with optional in-app purchases and optional rewarded ads. The launch campaign contains 500 levels. Daily puzzles begin on September 1, 2026, with the launch calendar prepared through December 31, 2027. Future dates open on their own day. No content beyond that calendar is promised by a purchase.

The launch release requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later and contains English game text. Country availability and ratings are shown in your local App Store. The public game has not launched yet; pre-release builds may differ from the launch offer described here.

Permanent life-capacity upgrades

You start with capacity for three lives. Seven separate, optional non-consumable purchases each add one permanent slot, up to ten lives. Each upgrade has a US base price of $1.99. The Apple purchase sheet shows the actual local price and applicable taxes before confirmation.

Each first purchase grant adds one current life within the new capacity. Restoration does not grant this one-time resource again. The first upgrade also unlocks one bonus restart that recovers 24 hours after use. Further upgrades increase capacity without adding more daily bonus restarts.

These upgrades are not subscriptions, do not speed up normal regeneration and do not promise unlimited hints, undo or restarts. They do not remove all optional rewarded-ad offers. Eligible permanent purchases can be restored with the purchasing Apple Account.

Coins and optional ad rewards

Coins and other game resources have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. The launch game does not sell coin packs. The reward or coin cost is shown before an optional action.

A previously unstarted, missed Daily date after your first launch can be opened permanently for one rewarded ad or 50 earned coins. Already started or opened dates remain accessible. A failed or unavailable ad does not take your existing resources; a reward is granted when the ad service confirms it was earned.

Ad availability is not guaranteed. It can depend on connection, region, age-related requirements, privacy choices and advertising supply. Successful rewarded grants are limited to six per day in total. Existing progress and purchased upgrades are not removed because you decline advertising or tracking.

Payments, refunds and family purchases

Apple processes App Store payments and any applicable family approval. Pending transactions are applied after confirmation. Use Settings → Restore Purchases if an eligible permanent upgrade is missing.

Request an App Store refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. An approved refund or purchase revocation may remove the associated entitlement. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights, including any remedies required by local law.

Local saves and availability

Progress and collected comics are stored on your device. There is no KapaBloom account or cross-device progress service. Deleting the app or resetting progress can remove game saves; restoring a purchase does not restore those saves. Device backups are managed under your Apple settings.

We may provide updates to fix issues or improve the game. Changes to the offer, data processing or age-related features will be communicated when required. A purchase does not guarantee compatibility with every future device or operating-system version; your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
